North Routt - Clark and Hahn's Peak

8 miles further north is the historic village of Hahn’s Peak.  Gold miners from around the world flocked to Hahn’s Peak Village in the 1860’s.  The town was then the county seat for Routt County.  Since those heady days, the village has dwindled to just a few homes.

There are multiple developments in the surrounding areas of Clark and Hahn’s Peak Village.  Properties range from homes on 0.25 acres up to massive ranches with over 1,000 acres.
